Troy has served various roles during his 26-year career in the mortgage industry, including Loan Officer, Sales Manager, Branch Manager, and Regional Builder Sales Manager. As a trusted mortgage advisor for members, realtors, builders and financial advisors, his strong foundation of knowledge and expertise will serve him, and his customer and clients well, as he steps into his new role as Mortgage Market Manager at Westerra Credit Union.
Leveraging this experience, Troy strives to be each customer's first call when they have a financial question or need, both throughout the mortgage process and beyond. He guides customers through the process, answers questions, and finds the best financing solutions to meet each customers unique needs – supporting them every step of the way.
A Colorado native, Troy enjoys camping, boating, skiing, golfing, and spending time with his family in his free time. He earned his bachelor's degree from Colorado State University.
