Denver, CO – Oct. 24, 2024 – Navigating the current market is extremely challenging for consumers, and Westerra Credit Union is here to help. As part of our commitment to positively impact lives through personal attention and financial education, we invite you to attend our First-time Homebuyer Seminar on Tuesday, October 29, 2024.
The Westerra way is to positively impact lives through personal attention and financial education. We are a trusted resource, invested in our members' financial well-being, and we exist to teach one another to prosper. In addition to promoting our mortgage products and features, we integrate complementary home loan and market condition literacy to meet consumers where they are in their home-buying journey.
The housing market in Denver has become very competitive due to factors like increased interest rates, high demand, low inventory, and builder supply chain issues. Many first-time homebuyers are finding it increasingly difficult to purchase a home in this market. Westerra Credit Union is here to help you understand the process and overcome these challenges.
Seminar Details:
A team of two Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) will present, covering the home-buying process from start to finish, including pre-approvals, debt-to-income ratios, and down payment tips.
This seminar will provide consumers with the knowledge they need to make educated decisions in today’s housing market.
Incentives for Attending:
Attendees will receive $500 off closing costs if they attend the full seminar.
Participants will also be entered for a chance to win a "Welcome Home" gift basket.
